1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We collect two categories of data:

• Analytics data — when you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data: pages visited, session duration, device type, and country. No personally identifiable information is stored.
• Mentoring booking data — if you book a session, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the message you provide. This data is used solely to confirm and deliver the booked session.

3. Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which content is most useful to visitors. GA4 sets cookies only if you explicitly accept them via the banner shown on your first visit.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is collected. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this domain.

We do not use advertising cookies or share data with any ad network.

4. Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 — analytics (only when consent is given). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Jitsi Meet — video calls for booked mentoring sessions. No data is shared until a session is confirmed.

5. How long we keep your data

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Booking data is retained for 12 months after the session date, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us at hola@jesusuzcategui.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
