Purchase Terms

1. What you can buy

Through this Site you can purchase:

• English class plans — credit packages redeemable for classes booked in Nodus Campus.
• Custom charges — one-off charges generated on request (e.g. development or design services agreed outside the Site), sent via a payment link.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) or US dollars (USD) depending on the product. Prices may change without notice, but the price you paid on a confirmed purchase does not change retroactively.

3. Payment methods

We accept:

• Credit/debit card — processed by ePayco.
• PayPal — only available for USD payments.
• Manual bank transfer — you upload the proof and we validate the payment manually. This may take up to 24-48 business hours.

4. Confirmation and delivery

For card or PayPal payments, confirmation is automatic: as soon as the payment is processed, class credits become available in your account immediately. For bank transfers, delivery happens after we validate your proof.

All products offered are digital services — there is no physical shipping. Class credits have a limited validity, as detailed in section 5.

5. Credit validity

Class credits are valid for a period counted from the purchase date of the package:

• Single Session: 60 days.
• Basic: 60 days.
• Starter: 60 days.
• Plus: 90 days.

The expiry date is shown in your order and at checkout.

Expired credits can no longer be used to schedule classes. A class that was already scheduled before the expiry date is honoured.

If you cancel a scheduled class in time, the credit is returned to the same package and keeps its original expiry date.

Less than 24 hours before a class, it is not possible to cancel or reschedule it from the dashboard, and the credit is not returned (see the Refund Policy).

6. Custom payment links

If you received a payment link by email for a custom charge (not tied to a class plan), that link corresponds to a specific agreement communicated directly between both parties. Paying that charge confirms your acceptance of the amount and the service described in the email.

7. Cancelling a purchase before payment

You can abandon the checkout process at any time before paying, at no charge. An incomplete cart expires automatically and does not generate any charge.

9. Billing

Once payment is confirmed you receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. If you need an additional tax receipt, write to us at hola@jesusuzcategui.com.
