Refund Policy

1. Class plans

You can request a full refund of a class plan if you haven't used any credits yet, within 7 calendar days of purchase. Once you've used at least one credit (booked and taken a class), the plan is no longer fully refundable, but you can request a proportional refund of the remaining unused credits that are still valid, minus the ones already consumed. Expired credits are not refundable.

2. Individual classes

If you need to cancel an already-booked class, do it at least 24 hours in advance from your Nodus Campus dashboard: the credit is refunded automatically to your balance, keeps its original expiry date, and you can rebook within the package's validity. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, consume the corresponding credit and are not refundable.

3. Custom charges (payment links)

Charges generated via a payment link for specifically agreed services (e.g. development or consulting) are governed by the specific terms communicated in the email for that charge. If no refund condition was specified there, the same 7 calendar days from payment apply by default, provided the service hasn't started yet.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us at hola@jesusuzcategui.com with the email you used to purchase and the reason. We respond within a maximum of 3 business days.

5. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used in the original purchase. Refunds to card or PayPal can take between 5 and 15 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or processor. Refunds for bank transfer payments are coordinated directly by email.

6. Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for classes already taken, services already delivered, or charges outside the timeframes above, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
