1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using jesusuzcategui.com (the "Site"), operated by Jesús Uzcategui, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site offers

The Site is a professional portfolio that also lets you: book mentoring/advisory sessions, purchase English class plans and associated credits (through Nodus Campus), and make one-off payments generated on request (custom payment links).

3. User accounts

Some features (e.g. Nodus Campus) require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use by writing to hola@jesusuzcategui.com.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation (aggressive scraping, attacks, etc.).
• Impersonate another person or provide false information when registering or purchasing.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content (design, text, brand, logo, code) is owned by Jesús Uzcategui unless stated otherwise. Reproduction or redistribution without express authorization is not permitted.

6. Third-party services

The Site relies on external providers to operate (payment processors, video calls, hosting). We are not responsible for interruptions or failures originating from those third-party services, though we'll do our best to mitigate their impact.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from advisory sessions or classes, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
